Rhode Island Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependence

The Rhode Island Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependence, is a voluntary, 501 (c) (3) non-profit association whose mission is to reduce the incidence and prevalence of the disease of alcoholism and other drug dependence diseases, as well as related problems.
