Any donation $35.00 and above qualifies for membership benefits. The Council is a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization and all gifts are fully tax deductible.

Memorial Gifts and Gifts in Honor

Many Rhode Islanders make donations to the Council in memory or in honor of a loved one. These gifts are acknowledged with a thank you note to the donor and a letter of acknowledgement to the noted person or family. If requested it can be accepted anonymously.

Donating to the Council through the United Way Donor Designation and State Employees Combined Appeal (SECA) programs

You can make an annual gift directly benefiting The Council, through the United Way, by writing in the Rhode Island Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependence on your United Way of Rhode Island workplace pledge application. When donating through the SECA program please refer to the Rhode Island Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependence.
